Shipping Method
What shipping carriers do you use?
Mainly Fedex and UPS, however DHL, Canada Post and other private shipping companies are the various carriers used to ship your products directly to your door. Depending on your purchased product and location, www.WiiOverstock.com will use the most suitable service.
Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses?
At this time, our carriers do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
Where do you ship your products, and do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Unfortunetly, our suppliers do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Where are your products shipped from?
Please note that although our mailing address is in Canada, our main suppliers are located in the United States, which explains the longer shipping time in transit required for Canadian orders. At times there may be certain sale products available to only the USA or vice versa.
Delivery Time
What is the delivery time in transit?
The delivery time depends on your destination and your choice of shipping service. In general, deliveries within the United States are received within two to five business days. Canadian deliveries generally take between seven to eleven business days, unless stated otherwise on the product promotion. Your order may take up to 24 hours to be processed.
Return Policy
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where www.WiiOverstock.com has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, please contact www.WiiOverstock.com to request a merchandise pick up. Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out. www.WiiOverstock.com must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card.
Unwanted Returns
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
Refused Delivery
Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise. Items may be returned only with prior authorization therefore please contact admin@WiiOverstock.com with your request and reason of return.
Sales Tax
Do you collect sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only on deliveries to California. The sales tax amount will be visible upon checkout for those items being shipped to California.
Please note: Canadian recipients will be responsible for brokerage fees, PST, HST or GST tax (as it applies to the respective province) presented at the time of delivery.
